Otherwise you wouldn't be here at all. The mind of someone who is good looking is different than that of someone who isn't. You'd be able to form normal social relations IRL if you there wasn't something wrong with you.
If your blame is in a social ineptitude then I hate to break it to you but that was something that was developed over time from being alienated from the normal people around you. Most of the time fat and ugly people will develop social disorders because they were alienated for being fat or ugly.
