If you're burning to many calories and are still in a cut phase than you either need increase calories or decrease the amount of work/energy you do during the day. Honestly the best way to stop your cut is to microwave ice cream and down that shit. Tons of carbs. Definetly will pull you out of your cutting phase and right back into your bulking phase. Cutting and bulking is very tricky but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.
