idk i was under the impression sewing had more precise work and planning while knitting is mostly just doing the same pattern for a couple hours then it's done

well all of them realistically but in different ways i suppose. worst/best to hear would probably be toplane or adc since those are the roles most notorious for throwing a fit at the drop of a hat.
definitely hoping she's saying this because she's she's got stuff in the works. also hoping for something high tempo but i won't hold my breath
