And let me say that God doesnt judge you, thats what Christ came for. He just wants the best for you and hurts seeing you harm yourself and others. I dont know what goes on in your life, nor can i say I understand,
Understand though that Gods love is always there, otherwise you would not be here.
>43You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor’r and ‘Hate your enemy.’ 44But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,s 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Do not even tax collectors do the same? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even Gentiles do the same? He lets the sun shine over your head, doesnt He? He gave you life, He lets you persist, clearly He wants you to live. From all you told me that is the one thing that seems appearent. So maybe thats your first step towards improvement, find desire to actively live.Try to find the love for others when you want to remain in solitude, to get out again. Or maybe adopting a donkey and working your land is the path to find joy.
I honestly believe that a big cause for depression is too much time, or not knowing what to do with it. You start overthinking, desiring, craving, but when you work or exercise you have no energy or time for those worries. Also whenever I was completly KO from sports and every muscle and bone of my body ached it was i felt the most at peace, and i observe that the depressed generally start doing nothing, or rather stop doing everything.
So my advice, if nothing else just go out when you have the time and the weather allows, Go on a walk, sit in the park, find a sport you have fun with, really anything to distract your mind (other than drugs i suppose)
