some americans get angry at the meme (mostly on /pol/) but most europeans think the mutt meme is hilarious. therefore while it is pathetic to get angry at some poorly drawn caricature, there are more europeans that find said caricature the pinnacle of comedy, so much so they paste it on everything. therefore by this logic europeans are dumber than americans
