>go to bed on time, (around 11 PM) if you cant sleep then you have plenty of non-harmful meds that can helpyou
>wake up early (7 AM, or earlier). wake up as early as you can without feeling tired as fuck>have a morning routine>work 8h>rest, lunch, free time 2h>work +4h>sleep, repeatif you have trouble focusing on work use apps that block or limit time spent on the internet.
