If you were in charge of a large empire, you had many vassals with a seduction focus, and they could fuck almost anyone without consequences. The moment my daughters turned 16, before I could even marry them, some 60 year old baron knocked them up and there wasn't even a legal way to arrest and execute them. Every woman is a whore in CK2. You can't seduce your daughters though. Unless your daughter is a bastard and nobody knows who her real father is (you) then you can seduce them
