If they are CC (Carson City) they're scarcer than the others struck in 1882 and 1891 and made of based Wild West silver, flavored with the tears of degenerated drunken natives. That 1948 Jefferson isn't a war nickel (only part of 1942 through 1945) but i see plenty of potential for more goodies. Please keep us updated as you go through the treasure!
