until i decide to do a proper cut i won't weigh much less since ill be putting on plenty of muscle lifting 4-5 days a week.
i use to be much stronger and you typically recover muscle that you already had faster than putting on new muscle so i should be slapping on a bout 2-2.5 pounds of muscle per monthfor at least another 2-3 months.
