Second demon/ghost dream connected to the first:
There's this underground parking garage full of trash and unwanted garbage, it's essentially abandoned, most of the parking space is dark and closed off with a band of caution tape, and nobody but the few forced to use it use it. This parking garage is also haunted by ghosts, but these ghost actually aren't that bad.
You see, these ghosts actually can leave useful items like money, gold, tech, candy, etc. if you're present at the 3:23 (am or pm iunno). Be careful, though, because after 3:30 the ghosts will leave fake gifts that will only hurt or scare the shit outta you if you touch them, none could actually kill you.
Now in-dream some faggots starting picking up on this and started deliberately parking in that garage solely so they can collect the ghost gifts. Word started spreading around and soon this abandoned shithole of a parking garage began to become filed with cars (in the small sectioned-off area where cars were allowed). It came to be called "ghosty power-hour" and the parking garage became internet-famous, even little kids knew about it. people made game outta figuring out which "gifts" were real or trapped like a russian roulette game and record it for the internet. In the dream worst they could do would overload senses or push you back forceably.
The ghosts? They were stuck in a predictable NPC-like loop of leaving gifts and spooks at certain times, so they were helpless to their ways being exploited by people. they also really hated pictures of Todd Howard for some reason, and faggots from /v/ would just paste them around the lot to troll the ghosts back.
