An even older one : 1 colonial Sol 1767. Initially it was minted by the french monarchy for the caraibes' colonies, but they almost all ended up in your west coast, as there were big coinage shortages. It was valued as 1 Cent = 1 Sol since their copper weight were close enough.
This one was counterstamped RF (French Republic) few decades later, once the monarchy was put down.
