Here, this conversation is almost as old as the internet. I have seen conversations about this topic as early as 2001, but it was a screenshot and I never saved it.
This is the earliest I could find. This debate is supposed to bait people into writing walls of text and seething instead of having an argument nowadays. I wonder if these people were serious back in the day (obviously I wasn't around).
