The result from this is a document called the DSM which all psychiatrists use to "diagnose" mental illness.
The reality is that psychiatry is the modern equivalent of the Inquisition. They use it as a tool to incarcerate, drug up and torture any group of people that is politically considered undesirable.
People in psychiatric facilities have no rights, and they can do to you much worse than they ever could in prison.
