No shitposting, it has everything to do with biology, developmental psychology, and traditional gender roles.
Women are generally physically weaker than men and lack the testosterone to feel angry enough to engage in physical aggression. Because of this, physical aggression is culturally seen wordwide as a masculine trait. Women who wish to assert a pecking order must create a way to be aggressive without being violent, because they both lack the strength to do so and don't want to be seen as a "lesser" woman for being masculine.
This nonphysical aggression is known as emotional aggression, which is also known as passive-aggression. It consists of:
>Gossiping
>Spreading rumors
>Criticizing other people behind their backs
>Bullying
>Leaving others out of a group or otherwise ostracizing them
>Turning people against each other
>Dismissing the opinions of others
>“Stealing” a boyfriend or girlfriend
>Threatening to break up with partner if the partner does not comply
>Flirting with another person to make a partner jealous
Now, men are also capable of emotional aggression even though it is typically looked down upon as catty, effeminate behavior.
That is why women like and create drama, it is their form of punching a nigger in the face and watching car crashes.
