>>3977634If you want to try it I've found that sitting in a chair and not allowing yourself to fall asleep when your brain starts doing those microsleep things, works quite well in instigating that.
When you get to the point that you just want to close your eyes out of tiredness, quickly wake yourself up then close your eyes and visualize stuff like you would if you were daydreaming.
That's usually when I start seeing my thoughts slowly materialize like that.
It's a balancing act though, at least for me. Easy to accidentally either fall asleep or snap out of it completely.
