A silly grin appears on her face as Sheila eggs them on, and that pleasant feeling of a steady buzz begins to kick in. Normally she’d stop drinking around this point. But she wasn’t at Club Xtacy today. She was free of her responsibilities, free to let loose.
Soon the confrontation dies down, and one of the things Kelly overhears Sheila say as she draws closer is that she might head to the bar.
