I honest to god don't get this meme. I have gone on 3 months or more at a time not fapping or having sex because I was very busy at the time or just didn't feel like it and there were times where I fapped twice a day for a week (in addition to regular sex) and I can see no difference so, I repeat, I really don't get this no fap meme.
