1) less pollution in the atmosphere. We've had forest fires by me recently and the effect on the sun's light is very noticeable - makes it less harsh, more yellow-ish, etc. We've really reduced fumes over the last thirty years.
2) way more satellites/space junk up there. They compound the light and make it harmfully bright, like the glare off a car.
Or maybe I'm on a different earth. The fuck I know?
