Female plumbing is easier to connect, so they piss where they sit. And "not actually doing anything" kind of a pro, because what you need them to do is sit in the tank and be ready if something happens.
Like I said, logistics companies should be all men. Lots of heavy lifting, lots of hard yakka, lots of getting it done. Putting women in that job is stupid. But a tank full of women can camp an intersection way better than a tank full of men who are going to get bored and distracted. Let them have their phones and train them to keep intermittent watch.
