I've been seeing this girl for over a month now and I thought it was going great. She laughed at all my jokes/bits and every date seemed like a resounding success. I just got the harrowing text that she's not romantically invested in me but really wants to stay friends.
This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm great at making people laugh and building friendships, but I struggle with building emotional and intimate connections. Do I have some incurable court-jester autism? What am I doing wrong?
