Yeah, but the market is doing nothing but looking for any reason. The increase in GDP today was because of healthcare. Pointed that out, after release. Maybe the market later realized this after people actually started reading the GDP and not just bots pumping on it.

In general healthcare is saving the US GDP. I guess maybe that is why Republicans don't want universal healthcare.

Nah, that's too much. Healthcare though is a large chunk.
I assume welfare to be at government, which isn't on this edit.
State + Local government consumption expenditures is 0,16 (weighting)
