Most pedos had been sexually assaulted as children, all they knew growing up is that adults are monsters, and only children can be purely loving with no ill intent. Sadly, pedos don't see they've become the monsters they hate, they justify it by arguing the child consented, or that they won't fool around until the minor is of legal age.
