part of my ptsd comes from overdose related shit (not psychs tho) so I completely understand how just mentioning certain drugs can put you in a negative though spiral.
we can talk about something else to help take ur mind off it if u like, unfortunately I dont really have anything I can think of to chat about tho because im pretty tired.
