We know that this wife of Noah was not Ham, Shem and Japheth's mother because it would have said "Ham saw his mother's nakedness" according to the same laws in Deuteronomy.
Namaah was the last descendant of Cain, she was the sister of Tubalcain. The fact that she is Noah's second wife and offspring of the serpent seed is the whole reason she's even mentioned in the bible, where as other important women - like any daughters of Adam and Eve or even Jesus' sisters aren't even named.
Noah knew that Namaah was a descendant of Cain and thus carried the serpent seed but she was spared from the flood because she was righteous - hence the name Namaah meaning Righteous woman, whereas Canaan means wicked one. Btw she was 18' tall at the time of her death.
