If you take the northern path straight through the Goodsprings graveyard you can use the stealth boy to sneak past the Cazadors, then you can just run right by the Fiends and get from Goodsprings to Vegas in about 10 minutes. You don't need to get through any Deathclaws at all if you take the right path.
