>>10596795sort of. my chances have gone down over time as my gear has gotten better since now that i'm running dungeons with the highest scaled loot there are starting to be pieces of gear that i will never replace. someone just starting out has much higher chances assuming they can get into dungeons of an appropriate difficulty. you can hypothetically get (more or less) guaranteed loot by buying a "funnel" where you get 4 other people that use the same gear as you but won't need it to carry you through the dungeon; that way 3 pieces drop and no matter who gets them they'll trade them to you. the problem of course is that it's quite expensive to do since those people are only getting the gold you're offering out of it.
twice a week you can also use a token to reroll another chance to get loot but usually you save that for raiding since you can only kill each raid boss once a week while you can do dungeons as many times as you'd like
