Then they would argue with you on those late fees. Or again, sometimes claim you never dropped it off and charge you weeks of late fees.
There is a reason they went out of business and it is NOT Netflix. They were by far one of the most evil, kiked companies in existence and everyone hated dealing with them. They were like dealing with a bank that nickels and dimes you to get you to overdraft by a dollar then charges hundreds of fees. Fuck blockbuster.
Hastings was the best place.
