>>8985370I grew up in a relatively upper middle class neighborhood. One year all the neighbors had it with the Mexican, black, ghetto poor kids being dumped and overrunning the place so some elderly couple gave a letter to everyone in the neighborhood proposing we hold a secret Halloween on the 29th for the kids from our neighborhood only. Everyone was giving out the good candies, no nigger tier candy. We were encouraged not to hand out candies on the 31st. A few people didn't but my family still did and we all went around trick or treating anyways. The candies weren't as good but it was funny knowing that the kids from my neighborhood got the good stuff. I don't know if it's something people still do but I loved the idea.
