The ball is clearly fixed in one point in the sky. The background of most of the video is just a blue sky.
Tracking that object onto a blue sky with no defining features and keeping it rock-solid still is incredibly, INCREDIBLY difficult to do on 10-bit and 12-bit footage. It's next to impossible on this shitty cell phone video.
Whatever the fuck is in the video is real. That is a real thing in the sky.
