there will be no collapse. we'll just slowly get worse, and worse, with no flash point, no fight, just... gradually die. until it becomes all of your problem when the last vestiges of the old order are gone.
in 20 years, you'll start seeing refugee ships coming from here. to your home. and the process will repeat. like a virus going systemic.
