I'm thirsty as fuck, drinking ~3 L of water + around 0,75 - 1,5 L from other sources on daily basis. It makes me visit the toilet six to ten times a day. At least my urine is mostly crystal clear but still..
I always liked drinking water but can it actually affect my health in a bad way? I'm far from being logy or having a bad frame of mind but feeling a neccessity for going to toilet so often makes me anxious about the perception of people around.
Right now, I'm sipping from my 6 L canisters and feeling like going to pee in a moment.
