I had heard about the 191 Club from El Mencho, the real one not the Mexican front man. He is Joey Collins, a/k/a Joel Cohen of Collins Brothers Produce in Forest Park, GA and his dad Steve Collins (Joel Steven Collins a/k/a Joel Steven Cohen) who was the Atlanta Child Murderer, and still is. They have a warehouse they rent on Southside Industrial near the ATL airport which is right on top of an underground complex called the Salt Pit, which is certainly not in Afghanistan like is usually thought. It got the name "the salt pit" because that is where the Georgia Tech nuclear reactor used to send it's nuclear waste, called nuclear salts in the jargon, before the Savannah River facility opened. If those guys go to that club, it is no good place, let me tell you!
