>>13046484It could be both. The issue I see here is that generally we don't even know a tenth of what really happened the past 200k years. That's the scary thing; there could even be technologically advanced civilizations populating the Earth ten to a hundred million years ago, and we wouldn't be able to find any remnants... If we ever did, that would be a massive game changer and would destroy our perceiption of reality.
