You should meditate, get over your anxiety, and once your head is clean, start afresh using that headspace. Once you feel anxiety come back, catch yourself and return to clean headspace. You'll soon see the world in a different way, the way "normal people" see the world, and you'll realize these fantasies are all because of you, and that your friends could be your best friends, if only you weren't autistic.
