I've seen the idea of an /ftl/ VN pop up once in a while, but despite the idea of essentially writing fanfiction off of real people sounding retarded the concept of an 'Internet Reality Show Visual Novel' sounds like a fun writing exercise. Other boards have done it before, /a/ with Katawa Shoujo, /v/ and /trash/ with Snoot Game and they turned out to be decent enough reads for what they're worth, but I honestly doubt /ftl/ has half the brainpower needed to put out something worth reading
