Ive worked FOR caterers and enjoyed it but every time the management ends up pissing off most of the staff so bad they quit and the remaining staff gets swallowed for like 13/hr. It can be miserable. I am working on making a tow behind coffee cart to ride to the beach with and try to undermine the starbucks crowd as im a "local business".
