yeah this dimension incomplete. like my complete form. it's necessary that i'm able to change states and in conjunction to time and space. the only way to perfect a system is by perfecting it trough the knowledge of every natural and dimensional law and utilizing it. with the limitation of the 4D laws and short sighted natural law thinking, every system will have it's faults and not work at some point. but that doesn't mean that the work people are doing are breaking apart, it manifests, but the manifestations are mostly enjoyable and useable for this dimensional laws intelligence to carry back into the dimensional order. there would have been other designs of the universe, which lower density intelligences systems would break somewhere the imperfection of the dimension is "going in" and the lower density people would not be able to proceed by themselfes. their thinking capability would not be sufficent to deal with the situation and they would stop. it's annoying for higher intelligence/density consciousnesses and the possiblity to contol these consciousnesses would have been an annoyance for thousands of years. there were also different designs where unawareness of the imperfections and an uneducated mind, would have lead into systems which harm the constructing consciousness. they would harm themselfes mostly, partially into confusion, partially into death. that would translate on humans too. genius imperfect systems projected onto society could have atombomb like effects on the people and this dimension. it's not the best analogy, but it's close. there were dangerous dimensional laws for creating systems disregarding the higher dimensional laws.
