i'm gonna eat lunch soon so i can't watch it all but they already made an ai that was able to go toe to toe with sc2 pros. but a patch came out and broke it and even arrive at some interesting non-standard strats of its own
what he's doing seems to be way less sophisticated than that but i guess as a personal project it's neat. i think the giganigga ai they made was trained by reviewing thousands of grandmaster level games
