you know...?... slices of taters topped with slices of hard boiled eggs (which without the slicer end up horribly if the knife is remotely dull) followed by a layer of taters layer of bacon and layer of taters all covered by copiuous amounts of sourcreme and other dairy goodies that become crispy on top and produce magnificent sauce at the bottom
a lot like musaka except without ground pork and beschamel crap
