Dov Zhakeim (jew) left his position as CEO of System Planning Corporation to become comptroller of the Pentagon under Rumsfeld for two purposes:
1.) To cover up the trillions of dollars of black money announced on 9/10/01 which as being investigated by the accountants in the ONI wing of the Pentagon where the bomb/missle hit (part of Black Eagle Trust - see "Collateral Damage" by E.P. Heidner
2.) To mastermind the use of SPC's flagship product, Flight Termination System (FTS) in the 9/11 op. FTS was specifically designed to remotely hijack and control jets.
The original jets were likely landed at a military base and passengers executed (see Cee Cee Lyles call). They were switched out with specialized drones outfitted with FTS and capable of exceeding VMO, and this is why the impact in the towers doesn't look like a normal plane.
