I'll help you out: consider that being good to others and helping your community out has a positive effect on your wellbeing. Altruism is the most simple concept to understand from an evolutionary point of view and people still fuck it up.
Also just generally for this thread, by their own admission, his wife fucks way less than him and he has cheated on her multiple times. You projecting your insecurities onto someone else doesn't make their lifestyle any worst, or yours any better. This guy is more successful and has more pussy than very likely anyone in this thread, which makes these threads just really fucking sad.
