If you're so sure that eating less makes you thin, then show me the long-term studies. In fact there is only 1 long term study and that was a failure. You body adapts quickly to too much and too little food.
Only at concentration camp level calories (starving) you will lose weight. All other calorie reduction diets work for 2 weeks to 6 months. Including interval fasting.
