It's funny how self-immolation is basically an overplayed bit, now. It just doesn't carry the same weight as it used to, and it's pretty unlikely for you to change anything by doing it. Maybe I'm going off a hunch, but I'm pretty sure that the chances of change being brought by someone protesting with self-immolation was higher back in the day. Blame people like that retard who did it because of fossil fuel. There likely are more reasons for it not being as impactful now than just that, but I'll leave that for another time.
