The food lobbyists and civil libertarian lawyers would defeat this proposal in an instant or it would laughed out of court / Congress. We DO, however, have a legal precedent that will help us defeat obesity, and that's the COVID-19 era mandates.
We CAN mandate that people who are obese take GLP-1 drugs to participate in society. That will work!
