I don't know if it is wise to build a strong sense of self around political ideologies, self improvement based on anything but the absurd desire to succeed is dependent on externalities, that if not manifested in the world, can throw off everything you've gained.
Power comes from within and it comes in the form of authenticity, politics can come later.
It is probably best to build your ideology around a stronger bloomer philosophy, like Nietzsche or Heidegger.

I've been diagnosed with Bipolar as well, it is meaningless to me, Bipolar is a cluster of symptoms that is fundamentally clerical, not an actual real thing in the world. Cast off that cultural baggage and own your existence.
