Speaking of getting out of the cities, I’ve started a small homestead on some land, I have a really nice home on it, really nice actually with imported wood floors and interior design shit on a 5 mile private road in the mountains, basically a boomers dream home and our nearest neighbor is like half a mile away. That being said, my wife is pregnant and we are going to need somebody to help us watch the other kids while she births this one, that way I can accompany her. Her parents are euros and aren’t able to approved for a visa right now. Shouldn’t be a big deal, except my parents planned a vacation for that week (it’s like 5 months out) and are refusing to change it. They’d legitimately rather go on vacation than come help us and they know we don’t have anybody else.
I’ve been a good son in pretty much every way, and I’m not much into the boomer hate thing, but I’m really pissed.
