We can pretty reasonably assume that after the heat death of the universe is upon us and when everything that exists is stored in black holes/singularities and when even those are ceasing to exist, everything that once was will be again.
The reason is simply that when we go all the way to the planck length, everything breaks down into something we can only interpret as Pure Information. This information is not bound by all the rules of the universe as we know it. Its just there. This information would travel with you into a black hole and eventually escape. This information stays bound to whatever makes up your Mind, your mind never truly ceases to exist without the body, but your consciousness might as your brain croaks. But even then, the Information that made up your brain and consciousness is still just as around.
