Nobody on earth can tell you if you're saved, and someone who is saved won't be committing grave sins afterwards, if he does he was not saved.
You're saved once you're in heaven, until then OSAS is just feelgood cope for people who don't want to put too much effort into it but also don't want to think their actions might lead them to hell, see pic related.
