There's also a million hints that Eldians are based on Germany post-WWI, such as their alliance to the Japs in WWII, the same way in which Eldia's only ally during the Great Titan War and only sympathetic nation to Paradis is the anime japs in the manga. Let's not forget that the hero "Helos" is basically the prototype classic shekelering Shlomo Shekelberg jew we all know.
