Kinda cool news. My case is not before some top ministers of the government of the Russian Federation, to, possibly, approve me for a long-term work permit as a coal miner in Russia.
So if coal goes belly up in the West, I might be able to go to the awesome Kuznetsk Basin (Kunbas) and mine one of the world's greatest coal deposits.
Just an option. I would prefer to stay in America, especially as long as my parents are alive, but I have to think about jumping to the other side of the Carbon Line in case coal is eliminated here.
